The microfilm she safeguarded harbored the potential to unlock a profitable secret: a revolutionary method to convert cocaine into a harmless snack, essentially altering the illegal drug landscape. Wes Luger, played by Emilio Estevez, who is on the verge of retirement, finds himself urged by Captain Doyle to investigate what he initially regards as an accident, but pressure quickly transforms it into a pressing case.
