Leni Riefenstahl: Her Dream of Africa (2003): Cast

Now 97, Riefenstahl journeys back to Sudan for a final farewell to the Nuba people she lived among for eight months, capturing them on film and in photographs that had once glorified their way of life. Filmmaker Müller follows her after a 23‑year absence, documenting her reaction to the culture’s rapid decline and the loss of the world she once celebrated in her images.
