Three siblings, Sadie [Isabela Merced], and her kid brothers Noah [Colin Critchley] and Dudley [Jet Jurgensmeyer], are on a vacation in Mexico and are allowed to explore the Hidden Temple theme park, where Kirk Fogg now works as a tour guide. Noah, fascinated by the temple legends he believes are real, longs to see inside, and his passion catches the eye of the guide who hints at a hidden history behind the park.
Impressed by Noah’s knowledge about the Temple, Fogg hands him a map he found inside the park, sparking a dare to uncover what lies beyond the visible. Despite Sadie’s misgivings, Noah and Dudley slip into the restricted area where a secret entrance is rumored to exist, while Sadie tries to intervene. A misstep, and Sadie trips a trapdoor that plunges the siblings into the temple’s dark, stone corridors, forcing them to navigate the ancient halls together.
Inside, they are greeted by Olmec, [Dee Bradley Baker], the ancient stone king, who welcomes them and shares a memory of his own era. He recounts a moment when he planned to crown his good son Zuma, [Ioan Sebastian Tirlui], as successor, but his evil son Thak, [Daniel Cudmore], and an army of Temple Guards appeared and sought to seize the throne. To spare Zuma, Olmec turned the entire civilization to stone, a grim act that echoes through the temple’s walls.
Olmec then reveals a crucial truth: only the three siblings can restore the kingdom to its former glory. To do so, they must seek out the two half-pendants of life—the first hidden in the Room of the Ancient Warriors and the second in the Treasure Room. The halves must be joined to unlock the Temple and allow an escape, but they have a strict window: they must exit within three minutes, or risk being trapped inside forever. Facing hidden dangers, clever puzzles, and the weight of a long-forgotten legacy, the siblings must rely on teamwork, courage, and quick thinking to carry the ancient plan to its conclusion and bring Zuma’s lineage back to life.
