Varun, played by Varun Sandesh, is the son of a modest middle-class man portrayed by Tanikella Bharani. At the start of the film, he is depicted as a young man lacking direction, feeling incapable of securing a stable job or affording higher education, primarily because his father refuses to indulge in corrupt practices that many wealthier families might resort to. On his birthday, Varun confesses his frustrations to his father, and in a moment of anger, his father disciplines him for drinking liquor. Despite this, the very next morning, his father gives him the money he had saved for his daughter’s wedding, signifying his support and trust. With this gift, Varun finally acquires a bike—an object he considers a lucky charm that symbolizes his hope for a better life. He develops a strong emotional attachment to the bike, viewing it as the key to achieving all his dreams: earning his father’s love, securing a job, and finally winning the affection of Hema, played by Neha Sharma, whom he has admired for two years.
However, the bike’s significance takes a darker turn as the story unfolds. It becomes intertwined with the dangerous underworld that operates beneath the society Varun dreams of improving. This hidden world is rife with drug peddlers and the ganja mafia led by the ruthless Satya, portrayed by P. Ravi Shankar, and his aggressive younger brother Ravi. The film explores how an innocent young man gets unwittingly dragged into this brutal environment, with the bike serving as the catalyst and symbol of this chaos.
The narrative thickens when Varun discovers that his stolen bike was taken by a petty thief connected to Ravi’s egoistical brother, Ravi. Determined to recover what is his, Varun tracks down the culprit and reports the theft to local authorities. Despite family concern, he stands firm when explaining to his family, including his wife Satya, Surekha Vani, that he will do whatever it takes to retrieve his bike. His father, having gained respect for his son’s newfound responsibility, reassures everyone that his bike will be found soon. Nevertheless, tensions escalate when Ravi visits the neighborhood and confronts Varun, threatening him to withdraw his complaint. When Varun refuses, Ravi pushes his father during an argument, prompting a fight where Varun bravely defends his family and manages to defeat Ravi’s accomplices, embarrassing Ravi in front of the community.
This act of defiance sparks further violence. Satya, who has just returned on bail after being accused of murder, becomes enraged upon hearing about Ravi’s humiliation. He orders Ravi to halt his attacks on Varun. Yet, Ravi—seeking revenge—ignores this and orchestrates an assault on Varun’s father, which results in his family member being severely injured and paralyzed with a broken leg. Devastated by his father’s condition, Varun is overwhelmed with grief and love, vowing to protect his family at all costs. Although he tries to stay clear of the violence, Ravi’s relentless pursuit pulls him into the chaos repeatedly.
As the story progresses, Varun’s life becomes even more complicated when authorities mistakenly suspect him of drug trafficking due to the presence of drugs in his bike’s petrol tank—an illicit smuggling operation run by Ravi. Although he is released after showing the police his FIR, his involvement with Ravi and Satya’s criminal activities remains hidden. The reality is far more sinister: Ravi was smuggling drugs, and the theft of his bike was a cover-up to escape a murder scene. Meanwhile, Varun loses his job and finds himself in police custody for a night, adding to his despair.
Tensions mount as Ravi makes another attempt on Varun’s life, but Varun resists. Meanwhile, Satya urges Ravi to stop his criminal ventures, warning him to abandon the drug trade. Suddenly, conflict reaches a new level as Ravi, feeling betrayed and ambitious for power, orchestrates an attack on Satya himself. The attack is staged to look like an ambush, but Ravi secretly stabs Satya in a brutal betrayal, leading to Satya’s death. This shocking act leaves Ravi in control, causing chaos within Satya’s family and associates.
Bullet, played by Narsing Yadav, who was a close ally of Satya, becomes furious about Ravi’s treachery and vows to eliminate Ravi and anyone associated with Satya’s death. In the climactic moments, Varun manages to retrieve his stolen bike, only to find it vandalized. Determined, he takes it for repairs and learns about Ravi’s dangerous pursuit of him and his family. With the resolve to stop the cycle of violence, Varun sets out to confront Ravi directly.
In a tense showdown, Varun tracks Ravi to an ice factory where they engage in a fierce fight. Overcoming Ravi, Varun forces him to call his men off, threatening him with a knife and overpowering him with a steel rod. During this climax, Bullet arrives, having uncovered Ravi’s deeper involvement in the drug racket through a murdered supplier. Recognizing Varun’s courage and fearlessness, Bullet silently approves of his actions and decides to let him go. The film concludes with Varun riding away on his beloved Apache bike, having avenged his loved ones and emerged victorious against the chaos and corruption that once threatened to drown him.
