A mentally unstable pregnant woman rushes into a temple, closes the door, and gives birth at the feet of a Krishna idol before she passes away. Because such a birth in Gharbhagudi is seen as a bad omen, the temple doors are kept shut, and the newborn boy, Arjun, is raised by his grandmother in the outhouse of a bungalow owned by a stern landlord. He grows up facing cold treatment from those around him, his early life marked by hardship and neglect, yet he clings to a quiet resolve that keeps him going.

As a young man, he finds work as a bodyguard to Satya, the sister of the formidable landlord Pedababu. The family dynamic is tense, and Arjun’s presence becomes tangled with the landlord’s schemes. An astrologer’s ominous prediction—that Satya’s first husband will die and she would be happier with a second—sets Pedababu on a calculated path. He plans to marry Satya off to Arjun first, only to remove him and pair Satya with a wealthy man, weaving danger and deceit into the household’s fabric.

Into this unstable world steps a surge of divine intervention. Lord Krishna appears to stand by Arjun, and the two form an unlikely companionship that grants the young man new powers and a deeper sense of purpose. With faith and resilience, Arjun confronts the looming threats to his peace and to his makeshift family, gradually turning the tide against those who would see them broken. The bond between the boy and the deity strengthens his resolve, helping him to break through the threatening fog of manipulation and fear and even to reopen the temple doors that had long remained shut.

In a dramatic turn, Arjun’s faith leads him to a perilous act—he leaps from a tall building, choosing to trust in Krishna’s mercy. He dies, only to be revived a minute later, his life renewed by the divine intervention he has clung to throughout his trials. The resurrection marks a turning point, and the story closes on a hopeful, uplifting note as the cycle of fear is broken and a sense of peace returns to those who depended on him.
