Joshua (played by Varun Kamal), an ex-assassin turned operative for a private security firm in Chennai, is tasked with protecting his ex-girlfriend Kundhavi Chidambaram (played by Raahei), a sharp lawyer based in New York City who has become a pivotal member of a prosecution team aiming to indict Leguiziamo alias El Chapo, the infamous leader of a Mexican drug cartel. The case draws a dangerous line between justice and assassination, and Kundhavi’s work makes her a prime target as El Chapo places a hefty bounty on the entire team.

Tension escalates when a gang led by Don Shiva (played by Mansoor Ali Khan) and Koti (played by Krishna Kulasekaran), Joshua’s childhood friend, storms a hotel with the intent to finish Kundhavi off. Joshua and his team shutter the ambush, forcing a gritty confrontation that leaves Joshua badly wounded but still standing. Through Madhavi (played by Dhivyadharshini), the boss who oversees operations, Joshua learns more about the people behind the attack and the tangled motivations surrounding Kundhavi’s protection. Kundhavi is kidnapped again during the chaos, but Joshua pulls off a daring rescue, and in a fierce showdown, he eliminates Shiva.

The plot takes another turn when Koti manages to slip away, only to reveal his deeper connection to Joshua—a conflict rooted in friendship that complicates loyalties and loyalties alone. Despite the rupture in their bond, Joshua keeps his guard up and remains determined to see Kundhavi to safety, recognizing that the danger isn’t over yet and that trust must be earned anew in every high-stakes moment.

As the pursuit continues, Kundhavi’s father Chidambaram arrives with a plan to take his daughter to safety. Madhavi soon unravels the truth: Chidambaram had covertly hired Koti and Shiva to kill Kundhavi because he himself was entangled in El Chapo’s drug trade. Armed with this revelation, Kundhavi and Joshua confront a web of deceit that goes far beyond a single hit, and the stakes grow even higher as they fight through a maze of henchmen and betrayals. In a tense, self-protective moment, Kundhavi kills Chidambaram in self-defense, prompting Joshua to reaffirm his vow to stand by her side and shield her from every danger that lies ahead.
