In “Psychanalyse”, a two‑part documentary, psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan responds to questions submitted by his son‑in‑law Jacques‑Alain Miller under the direction of Benoît Jacquot. The film emphasizes his renowned seductive power and its influence on transference, with some interviewees describing him as almost a “monster”.
