What Is I Am About?
The premise of I Am without spoilers.
Kundel, an 11‑year‑old boy, runs away from an orphanage where he is shunned and from an alcoholic mother who abandoned him. He settles on a deserted barge on the town’s edge, choosing his own isolation and refusing charity or intimidation. There he befriends a lonely girl from a wealthy family, also an outcast, and together they search for identity and belonging.
