What Is Hibernation About?
The premise of Hibernation without spoilers.
Nestled within a Norwegian town overshadowed by a towering mountain range, life moves at a glacial pace. Surrounded by a stormy sea and blanketed in falling snow, the inhabitants exist in a state of near stillness, resembling creatures in hibernation. This experimental documentary utilizes static, photograph-like shots to explore the unique atmosphere and quiet existence of the Skaland community.
