What Is Guns of the Timberland About?

In the rugged timber country, logger Jim Hadley and his crew scout a promising stand of trees just outside the isolated town of Deep Wells. The townspeople, led by Laura Riley, fear that cutting the forest will trigger mudslides when the heavy rains arrive. As the loggers press forward, a clash between the two sides becomes inevitable.
