What Is Ghoul About?
The premise of Ghoul without spoilers.
Deep within the forests of Ukraine, three American filmmakers investigate a disturbing history of cannibalism that occurred during the 1932 famine. Seeking insight from the last known survivor, the documentarians find themselves caught in a terrifying supernatural situation. They are relentlessly pursued by a monstrous predator, whose horrifying acts are inspired by the real-life crimes of Andrei Chikatilo, the infamous serial killer from the Soviet Union.
