What Is Gestuel About?
The premise of Gestuel without spoilers.
Nedjar’s most “plastic” and “actionist” work, echoing his In Contextus/Double Labyrinth, shows a lone performer filmed in close‑up on a black backdrop while Nedjar wiggles the camera. Gaël Badaud moves a green net or mirror, dons a gas mask or a knit like a balaclava, and begins a quest for calligraphies shared with Teo Hernandez, Dominique Noguez.
