We embark on a journey along a flat, winding, and desolate road in the heart of a sun-baked desert. The atmosphere is one of silence, as two young men find themselves in a car, exchanging no words as they drive. They soon arrive at a designated “wilderness” trail and, armed with nothing but the clothes on their backs and an extra shirt, they set off into the unknown. Their spirits are high, filled with a sense of energy and adventure, as they talk about the elusive “thing” they are supposedly seeking, though they possess no map to guide them.
