What Is Geronimo About?
The premise of Geronimo without spoilers.
His name has entered American parlance, and this film tells his tale. Geronimo, the famed Apache leader, led his people in a fierce resistance against both U.S. and Mexican forces in 1867. After being captured and placed on a reservation, he evaded a 5,000‑strong military pursuit for eighteen months, conducting raids before ultimately surrendering to the government.
