Agent 00, the number 1 agent from the Secret Agency, is equipped with a range of new hi-tech gadgets and sent to stop the looming threat of the mysterious warlord [Mr. Giant] who has just abducted Dr. Kohler, a foreign scientist visiting Manila to unveil his latest invention, the N-Bomb. Mr. Giant plans to unleash this devastating weapon to seize global power, and it falls to our diminutive hero to halt his sinister plot.

Help comes in the form of Irma, a fellow agent who has infiltrated Mr. Giant’s criminal network and is working undercover among the drug trafficking syndicate led by a ruthless gangster known as Cobra. Her dangerous mission is compromised when her cover is blown, and she becomes a valuable hostage, captured and taken to the lair of Mr. Kaiser, the second-in-command who keeps her in his fortress of crime.

He wooes Anna, a night club enthusiast, and Marilyn, a savvy criminal reporter, drawing them into his scheme and turning their loyalties toward his mission. As the hunt intensifies, the hero’s path leads him to locate the secret lair known as Hidden Island. With a prototype jet-pack designed to match his size and reach, Agent 00 blasts into the island to call for reinforcements and storm the fortress. The confrontation reaches a fever pitch as he faces Mr. Giant, a towering-criminal mastermind who turns out to be smaller in stature than expected, yet still formidable; Agent 00 defeats him and, with a squad from the Secret Agency, purges the island of the remaining henchmen.

Just as Dr. Kohler is rescued and moments away from safety, tragedy strikes: Irma is shot and killed, a grievous blow that casts a somber shadow over the victory. The film closes on a quiet, heartfelt moment as Agent 00 pays his respects at Irma’s tomb, honoring her courage and sacrifice amid the triumph over the criminal network.
