The premise of Fashion Lala: The Story of the Harbour Light without spoilers.

Eleven‑year‑old Miho dreams of becoming a fashion designer and is determined to sew a dress for her younger sister Shuri so she can win the Dancing Queen contest. When Miho’s aunt ruins the dress, the Fairies of Fanland hear her prayer and magically transform her into sixteen‑year‑old Lala, a top designer who can now create the winning gown.
