During the appointment, she suddenly starts experiencing difficulty breathing, revealing a shocking revelation—she has only two-thirds of her lungs remaining. This disturbing discovery prompts the beauty girl, Kassia Lancaster, to quickly call her friend, Wylie Nino Manfredi, her other nephew, who happens to be with a girl when she arrives to pick him up.
