Based on the true story of American Dwight Worker, who was arrested for drug smuggling in Mexico and sentenced to the fortress‑like Lecumberri Prison, where inmates faced harsh, brutal conditions. With his wife Barbara's assistance, he disguised himself as a woman and became the first prisoner to escape Lecumberri since the era of Pancho Villa.
