Dr. Rupesh [Shaju Sreedhar], the physician overseeing Binu, decides to bring in an old friend from abroad in the hope of unlocking the mystery of his memory. In a tense twist, Binu’s family confides in their flatmate, Dr. Ajmal Khan [Raffi], about the unfolding situation, layering the medical drama with a personal confidant dynamic that threads through the coming days.

Binu’s struggles run deep, rooted in childhood trauma. He carries the memory of his elder brother Shibin, a boy he adored who suffered a severe burn and spent three months in the hospital before dying. Das’s harsh criticisms of Binu’s academic struggles sting, while Lakshmi’s unwavering support stands as a counterweight. As Nishima prepares to move to the United States for work, Binu notices her birth year on her passport and begins to reconstruct a troubling theory: he believes his parents were intimate during his brother’s hospital stay, a revelation that fuels his deteriorating grip on reality. This cascade of accusation and resentment triggers a shocking downward spiral in which Binu belittles his parents and wrecks the home, gradually exerting control and even pushing the family from their village house into a city apartment.

Inside the new, tightly controlled home, Binu tightens the screws. He imposes a rigid health regimen, censors phone use, mandates fasting on certain days, and intrudes upon every facet of his parents’ lives. He even uses blackmail, threatening to reveal a family secret to his sister if they fail to comply. The tension between old loyalties and his new authority grows, and Nakishima’s future becomes a bargaining chip in his power plays. In a bid to secure Nishima’s happiness, the family brings her back and plans to see her married to Sanju, a couple Nishima loved in college. But Binu’s calculated cruelty sabotages the engagement, humiliating Sanju’s parents in front of everyone and prompting Nishima to walk away from the engagement and back toward Sanju.

Memory and mercy collide when Binu’s mind finally goes quiet. After this emotional upheaval, Binu’s memory falters again, and his parents decide not to push memory back. Following the advice of Sanandan, Lakshmi’s old colleague, they discharge him from the hospital and set out on a pilgrimage to Mookambika. The aim is twofold: to give Binu a chance to recover away from the triggers of home and to allow the apartment to be renovated into a fresh space that might prevent a relapse. The plan works in a quiet, almost therapeutic way, and during the pilgrimage, the family makes a careful, hopeful effort to reset their lives while Binu remains outwardly docile.

A spark of the past flashes into focus when a familiar object reappears. Returning home to the newly transformed apartment, Binu discovers an old chewing gum tucked under his bed—an innocuous relic that abruptly unlocks his full memory. The careful calm fractures in an instant as he regains his true self and discards the amnesic pretense.

What follows is a dangerous, high-stakes ruse. Pretending to be still forgetful, Binu offers to drive Nishima [Grace Antony] and Sanju [Shyam Mohan] to the airport, but he does not travel alone. He compels his parents, Sanandan [Vineeth Thattil David], and Dr. Ajmal Khan [Raffi] into the car as well, turning the trip into a controlled, manic spectacle. The ride ends in a deliberate crash, a shocking attempt to take everyone down with him as he reveals the depth of his rage and cunning.

The screen fades with an unsettling, open-ended conclusion.
