In 1989, Major Ravi Mammen Mammootty is brought to Bangalore to interrogate two arrested LTTE terrorists who are apparently on a mission to assassinate the Indian Prime Minister during a high-profile visit. These men turn out to be professional assassins with no clear ties to any single organization, which pushes the investigation into murkier waters. Mammen quickly identifies the Union Home Minister, K. J. Nair Janardhanan, as the likely mastermind behind a wider conspiracy aimed at seizing power in the wake of the Prime Minister’s death. Nair is prepared to trigger a political coup, but Mammen is determined to foil the plan and refuses offers of a bailout. In a decisive confrontation, Mammen shoots at Nair, only for the bullet to fatally strike Susan Joseph Pandala Vindhya, Mammen’s girlfriend, a tragedy that shatters him personally and complicates the pursuit of justice. The incident leads Nair to manufacture a criminal case against Ravi, who is court-martialed and jailed, setting a somber tone for the years ahead.

A decade later, in 2000, Ravi Mammen’s life takes a dramatic turn as he reemerges in Dubai as a self-made billionaire with an expansive business empire across the Middle East. He is aided by Chandran Nair N F Varghese, an over-enthusiastic NRI, and Yousaf Vijayakumar, a gentle young office attendant who becomes entwined in Ravi’s world. Ravi’s sudden ascent provokes enemies who are eager for a chance to finish him off. Meanwhile, Swaminathan [Nedumudi Venu], a seasoned businessman and a father figure to Ravi, wins a lawsuit and pockets millions of Dirhams, only to be cheated by Victor Sebastian Cochin Haneefa, his cunning attorney, who orchestrates a scheme with Kishan Narayan Bhatta Nirmal Pandey, a Mumbai underworld don. Victor’s machinations culminate in the murder of Swaminathan and his wife, as he forcefully transfers their properties to his name. Ammu Anjala Zaveri, Swaminathan’s daughter, travels from Bangalore to Dubai for the funeral, and Ravi pledges to recover the family’s losses. Bhatta, meanwhile, presses his resistance against Ravi’s efforts.

The web of treachery widens as Chandran Nair perceives a threat in Kiran Cheriyan Pothan Biju Menon, Ravi’s former Army lieutenant who is in love with Alice Preetha Vijayakumar, Ravi’s sister. Ravi, recognizing Kiran’s potential, contemplates passing the reins of his business to him to instill responsibility. But Chandran and Bhatta join forces to undermine Ravi, and a plot to murder Kiran and Ammu begins to unfold. Chandran sends Kiran and Ammu to a farmhouse on the city’s outskirts while Yousaf returns with the pair. Bhatta’s men capture Yousaf, only to discover that Chandran has been deceiving them for his own gain. Back at the farmhouse, Chandran shoots Yousaf, and that night, Ammu is kidnapped while Kiran is stabbed from behind by Victor. Bhatta orders the farmhouse set ablaze, leaving Kiran dying, though a caring Arab servant manages to save him. Ravi returns just in time to confront the tangled web, and Chandran Nair is confronted at the airstrip, where he shoots himself and dies. Ravi then travels to Delhi to confront Bhatta, who tries to strike a final settlement, only to reveal K. J. Nair as the mastermind behind the conspiracy. Ravi kills Nair in a Delhi guest house and heads back to Dubai to face Bhatta’s enforcers.

The final showdown centers on Ravi’s resolve to rescue Ammu, aided by Kiran, as they navigate a treacherous battleground of loyalties and betrayals. Ravi and his allies storm Bhatta’s operations, and Victor is killed by Kiran during the confrontation. A desperate attempt to escape culminates with Bhatta being fatally injured when a helicopter’s rotor blade cuts him, a brutal end to his schemes. The story closes with Ravi, Ammu, and Kiran boarding the very helicopter that had felled Bhatta, signaling a pall of ambiguity but a hard-won sense of closure as they move forward from a landscape scarred by ambition, revenge, and resilience.
