Divine: Live at the Hacienda (1994): Cast

On 16 February 1983 Divine took the stage at Manchester’s Hacienda Club, sporting wildly spiked peroxide‑blond hair and a short off‑one‑shoulder, glittering dress claimed to be a rejected gift from the Queen. Backed by an unseen techno‑rock band, he delivered seven tracks—“Gang Bang,” “Jungle Jezebel,” “Born To Be Cheap,” “Alphabet Rap,” “Native Love,” “Shake It Up,” and an encore “Shoot Your Shot”—while interjecting raunchy, sex‑filled banter with the crowd.
