Deserter 1992
During the breakup of Yugoslavia, a Federal Army officer, exhausted by the conflict, takes a leave of absence in Belgrade. He finds himself less tormented by battle memories than by lingering personal betrayals. While there he encounters his former comrade, now AWOL, whom he cannot turn in because the man had an affair with his wife.
