David Aurphet, Christophe Malavoy a struggling guitar teacher, is invited to give lessons to Viviane Tombsthay, the daughter of a well-to-do couple. The wife, Julia Tombsthay Nicole Garcia, soon begins an affair with him, while Viviane and a neighbor, Edwige Ledieu Anémone, both show an interest in him as well. The situation becomes tangled as feelings collide with secrecy, and the borders between teacher, lover, and pupil blur into a dangerous maze.
