Two Bangkok-based doctors, Tony Akom and John Stromm, lead demanding lives that spill over into their homes. Tony is happily married, while John is engaged, yet both men feel the weight of long hours and starched devotion, leaving their spouses increasingly bitter as the nights slip away on hospital rounds.

One weekend, the couples escape to Pattaya for a break, hoping to recharge away from the grind. But tragedy follows them to the shore: the two women in Tony and John’s lives are mysteriously killed in the water. After examining the remains and poring over newspaper clippings, Tony pieces together a chilling theory—the culprit is a giant crocodile, likely mutated by recent atomic bomb tests in the ocean. He swears revenge and convinces the wary John to join him, turning their professional drive into a personal mission.

To take down the monster, they enlist the help of a seasoned fisherman, Tanaka, a man with a weathered boat and a cautious optimism that maybe, just maybe, they can outsmart the creature. The hunt becomes a high-stakes pursuit as the crocodile begins its destructive path, demolishing a riverside village and forcing authorities to respond with a daring underwater trap. The trap, however, fails to ensnare the beast, leaving the men to improvise under the threat of a looming catastrophe.

Refusing to back down, Tony, John, and Tanaka push farther into the sea, aiming to lure the crocodile into a deadly snare by baiting it with chemical compounds. Their search is unexpectedly aided by Peter, a photographer hoping to snag the ultimate scoop on the creature’s rampage. As night falls, the crocodile returns with a ferocious fury, striking their boat and tearing into the hull. [Tanaka] suffers a fatal blow, and the vessel sinks beneath the waves.

In the ensuing battle, Tony and John open fire in a desperate bid to slow the predator, scoring wounds on the behemoth. But the crocodile retaliates with brutal force, crashing into the ship and dragging them toward a watery doom. John is killed in the wreck, while [Peter] straps himself with dynamite and dives toward the creature’s jaws, determined to end the terror once and for all. The monster is destroyed in a colossal explosion, and the fate of those on board remains grimly uncertain, presumed lost in the chaotic sea.
