To celebrate the new sister-city partnership between Kasukabe and the city of Musibai, which humorously mirrors the name Mumbai in the fictional state of Hagasimil, a lively Kids Entertainment Festival is organized. In this vibrant atmosphere, Shinnosuke Nohara (known as Shin-chan) and his companions—Kazama, Masao Sato, Nene Sakurada, and Bo-chan—decide to form a dance team. Their efforts lead them to victory in a local competition, earning them an exciting reward: a trip to India where they will perform on stage.

With the Nohara family joining in on the adventure, this enthusiastic group embarks on a cultural journey to explore the rich, spicy traditions and bustling streets of India. Amidst their sightseeing adventures, Shinnosuke and the introspective, rock-collecting Bo-chan stumble upon an intriguing antique shop hidden away in a mysterious general store. Here, they discover a peculiar backpack that is oddly shaped like a large human nose. Little do they know that this bag harbors a dark, dormant power.

When Bo-chan accidentally jabs his nose with a strange piece of paper that he retrieves from the backpack, he becomes overwhelmed by this malevolent force. This triggers a transformation into a wildly chaotic alter ego, posing a significant threat not only to their joyous trip but potentially the entire world.

In response to the havoc unleashed by Bo-chan, the Kasukabe Defense Force springs into action.
