What Is Contribution About?
The premise of Contribution without spoilers.
In 1918, the White guard corps, led by young General Anatoliy Pepelyaev, controls Perm, Siberia. Facing exhaustion and dwindling supplies, the General demands financial contributions from local merchants. Madame Chagina, a wealthy widow, generously donates a large diamond to aid the struggling army. However, the precious gem vanishes the following day. To save his own life, recently condemned Red Army investigator Andrei Murzin is tasked with finding the missing contribution and uncovering the truth behind its disappearance.
