What Is Code:Breaker About?

The premise of Code:Breaker without spoilers.

Sakurakouji Sakura seems modest and graceful, but she is a skilled martial artist. After seeing a boy ignite people with blue flames, she discovers the culprit is new transfer student Oogami Rei, a mysterious Code Breaker who follows an eye‑for‑an‑eye philosophy, using evil against evil. Determined that killing is wrong, Sakura vows to stop him and melt his icy heart.
