Spoilers ahead
In CLONED: The Recreator Chronicles, writer-director Gregory Orr crafts a taut, morally thorny science-fiction thriller that toys with identity, ambition, and the limits of human flaw. At the outset, Craig Carlson, his girlfriend Tracy Bernstein, and his closest friend Derek Johnson set out for a rugged weekend, gliding into a remote cove to pitch a camp by the water and test their nerve against the wild. What begins as a casual escape quickly tilts into something uncanny as the trio settles into the rhythm of camp life, the atmosphere growing more unsettled the longer they stay.
