Celeste is a celebrated opera singer who left the stage years ago to live with her husband on a decaying estate nestled within a lush rainforest in Far North Queensland. Following the tragic death of her husband, Mateos, ten years prior, Celeste prepares for a final performance. His son, Jack, arrives, still grappling with the past, and finds Celeste both captivating and enigmatic. She desires for him to remain, but asks him to fulfill a final request.
