Aryan Mehta is introduced in a tense frame as a young man arrested and kept inside a fortress-like mental asylum, where a determined psychiatrist, Dr. Aditya Merchant, is convinced he can change his life. The film makes it clear that Aryan isn’t simply mentally deranged; he is consumed by rage and trapped by nightmares about a woman he feels he may have killed by accident. As the plot unfolds, it becomes crucial that Aditya reveals a dying wish from Aryan’s father: to extract his son from the asylum and give him a fresh start. When this revelation lands, Aryan’s defenses crack, and he forms a tentative bond with the man who insists on guiding him toward normalcy.
