Harischandra Prasad, Nandamuri Balakrishna, stands as an influential leader in Rayalaseema, treating all his people like family and steering them toward a better future. To secure jobs for his community, he plans a massive steel plant that would bring in foreign collaboration and boost local prosperity. Yet this bold project draws the ire of Ramappa Pradeep Ram Singh Rawat and his sharp-witted sidekick Kota Srinivasa Rao, who see the plant as a threat to their own power and schemes. The two men hatch a dark plan to remove the patriarch from the equation, setting a dangerous chessboard in motion.

Harischandra Prasad’s son Ramakrishna, a loyal and capable figure, tries to hold the family line together as the danger closes in. But the villains press their advantage, and the narrative takes a brutal turn when Bobby, a child torn from the family years earlier, is leveraged as a pawn in a deadly game. As a kid, Bobby was kidnapped and forced into a life of violence, a fact the family does not truly grasp until it’s too late. The adversaries press Ramakrishna to abandon his father and save Bobby, a choice that fractures trust and tests loyalties within the clan.

The plot thickens when Bobby is molded into a high-level killer at the age of 12 by another hired killer (Charan Raj), a cruel manipulation that plants a devastating seed of betrayal. The family remains unaware that Bobby is the one who ultimately took Harischandra Prasad’s life, a truth that weighs heavily on Ramakrishna and his circle. The tension widens as the plot reveals how the villains use fear and manipulation to frame Ramakrishna as the so-called mastermind behind the patriarch’s death, a maneuver designed to topple the entire family.

Frustration and heartbreak ripple through the household as Harischandra’s widow and closest allies confront the mounting misinformation. The stepmother Jayasudha and the wife Sukanya, along with many in the community, turn against Ramakrishna and his kin, leading to a harsh crackdown and the police arresting some of the family members for a shadowy “secret encounter” led by Ramappa. This moment of upheaval forces Ramakrishna’s paralyzed stepbrother—who had earlier suffered while attempting to catch Bobby during the murder—into a dramatic revival of truth, lifting the veil on the entire conspiracy.

With the truths laid bare, Ramakrishna and Bobby unite against their common foes, pooling their resolve to wipe out the enemy camps and restore a sense of justice to their land. In the heat of confrontation, the once-divided family begins to heal as the two men bring a new, shared purpose to the fore. The climactic clash culminates in a final reckoning where the enemies fall, and the family’s name is cleared. In the end, Ramakrishna’s stepmother seeks reconciliation, offering a heartfelt apology for the misjudgments that tore the family apart and urging him to carry forward his late father’s wishes with renewed vigor and unity.
