Five men awaken inside a locked factory, the air thick with confusion as the doors stay stubbornly shut and every sound echoes off concrete walls. Two of the prisoners are secretly hostages, taken by the other three to fuel a planned heist, yet the group members themselves are uncertain who is holding whom. A tense silence breaks when a phone rings, and a voice crackles through—Kaiser [Irrfan Khan], the gang’s leader, promises he’s on his way with ransom money and that he will tip off the hostages as soon as he arrives. The claustrophobic space becomes a pressure cooker as everyone tests each other’s memories and motives, and every move is shadowed by the fear that one misstep could be fatal. Their initial attempts to escape falter, and desperation drives them to clash with one another in a display of brittle nerves and suspicion.

Slowly, memories begin to return for some. Among the chaos, Max [Dia Mirza] regains her memory and the truth emerges: she is Kaiser’s girlfriend, a revelation that threads into the web of loyalty and danger binding the group. The trio of gang members is confirmed as Om, Sultan, and Romeo, adding new layers to a plan that is now in jeopardy as loyalties shift and past secrets resurface. When Kaiser finally arrives at the factory, the memory fractures reach new heights: Sultan recalls that JD and Sarthak were once business partners, a revelation that casts Sarthak’s kidnapping in a sharper, more personal light and explains the motive tied to a potential company sale.

Kaiser lays down a stark choice with high stakes. Sarthak is given a perilous path to freedom: kill JD to secure his own release. The plot thickens as JD tries to press Sarthak to aim at Sultan instead, while Romeo, whose role remains crucial, seems to move people toward a different fate. Romeo leads Sarthak to the balcony and fires, convincing the others that Sarthak is no longer a threat. Yet the twist lands hard: Romeo is not merely a gang member but an undercover police officer assigned to bring the operation down. The factory erupts into a chaotic shootout as alarms, adrenaline, and gunfire fill the space. With the factory in crisis, Romeo [Fardeen Khan] and Sarthak seize the chance to slip away. They fight their way through debris and smoke, the roar of the blast and sirens outside feeding the adrenaline surge. Outside, waiting police tighten the noose around the gang, and the pursuing officers close in as the allies find a final path to safety behind the cover of the chaos they’ve created. The sequence ties together motives of revenge, memory, and deception, leaving the outcome sealed by the smoke, the debt of memory recalled, and the unwavering pull of justice catching up with those who underestimated the price of their schemes.
