Balakottayya “Balu” Joju George is a carefree, good-hearted guy who shares a warm life with his adoptive parents and spends his days wandering the streets with his loyal friend Sudha. As he drifts through small-town days, he crosses paths with Chitravathi “Chitra,” the ambitious owner of a cosmetic company, and to win her heart he sets his sights on joining her business. The plan works—Chitra also starts to feel something for him, and their budding romance seems to bloom amid the glow of business ambitions and newfound closeness.

Their romance faces a stern test when Chitra’s father throws a threatening challenge on her birthday, trying to sever their growing bond. The moment of tension soon gives way to a life-changing revelation: on his biological mother’s deathbed, Balu learns that he was adopted. The woman who raised him had promised to shield him from a painful family history, and that promise shatters as Balu discovers the truth about his lineage. He learns that his biological father was a Rayalaseema-based MLA, Maha Kaleswar Reddy, whose original name was Rudra Kaleeshwar Reddy Panja Vaisshnav Tej. This revelation sets him on a new, dangerous path, forcing him to confront a past that has haunted his bloodline.

Driven by duty and a sense of family, Balu returns to Rayalaseema not only to safeguard his sister Vajra Aparna Das and the family temple from a ruthless mining mafia, but also to face the man who stands in the way of their survival: Chenga Reddy Joju George. Chenga Reddy, who happens to be his brother-in-law and harbors political ambitions, becomes the central antagonist in a power struggle that tests loyalties, courage, and the bonds of kinship. The clash is lengthy and brutal, weaving through personal grievances and the weight of regional politics as Balu fights to restore a fragile peace.

After a protracted battle, Balu manages to overcome Chenga Reddy and begins the slow process of healing the fractures left by years of fear and corruption. Yet the story closes with a startling truth unveiled by his mother: his elder brother Aadikeshava “Aadi,” a doctor, is the real Rudra Kaleswar Reddy—the original son of the family who was also adopted. This revelation shakes Balu to his core, reframing everything he thought he knew about his origins and the promises his mother kept. The film ends on a note that blends triumph with a morally heavy twist, leaving Balu to navigate a future built on the delicate balance between love, loyalty, and the layered secrets of his family history.
