A Loud House Christmas 2021

The Loud family is preparing for Christmas. Lincoln Loud, Wolfgang Schaeffer notes that Christmas can get pretty hectic in the Loud House. Everyone gathers in the kitchen for breakfast except Lori Loud, Lexi DiBenedetto, who is away at Fairway University. Lori mentions on the video chat that it would be too much to come join them. Lincoln disagrees, insisting that Christmas is about being together. Luna Loud, Sophia Woodward, plans to ski with Sam, and Luan Loud, Catherine Ashmore Bradley, has a gig at Sunset Canyon Retirement Home while Lynn Sr., Brian Stepanek, and Rita Loud, Muretta Moss, plan to take everyone to Miami Beach, Florida. Lincoln receives a package that turns out to be a 13-person toboggan to use on Tall Timbers Hill, and he opens it in front of the family only to find that it broke during delivery.

To get the family together for Christmas, Lincoln and his best friend Clyde Jahzir Bruno hatch a plan. They pull off a few lighthearted pranks: making Lori homesick, fooling Luna into thinking Mick wants to jam with her, building a Sharkodile out of Clyde’s family’s film props, and disguising themselves as elderly people at Sunset Canyon Retirement Home to nudge Pop Pop Bill Southworth into pulling Luan’s gig. Lori enlists Bobby Matt Van Smith to get her back to Royal Woods on his moped. Later, as the tree-lighting ceremony approaches, Lincoln discovers his schemes have backfired, especially after he accidentally sprays Lisa’s Lexi Janicek’s custom-built Sharkodile repellent on Lynn Sr., leaving him unable to see straight, off balance, and speaking in unintelligible bursts.

Rita goes to pick up a stranded Lori and Bobby, while Lincoln tries to call Katherine Mulligan Catherine Taber to tell her the creature isn’t real, but she believes he’s pranking her. Undeterred, he and Clyde pilot the Sharkodile down Franklin Avenue, dragging several Loud House decorations in their wake. They crash it into Royal Woods Mall just as the Louds, the McBrides, Rip, and Katherine converge, with Pop Pop Bill Southworth among the onlookers watching it on the news. Lincoln finally confesses the truth: he never wanted his family to be apart on Christmas. They forgive him, and his parents affirm that no Christmas tradition can be broken.

On Christmas Day, presents are opened as the family reflects on what happened. Lincoln notes that he has 300 hours of community service for the Sharkodile incident, while also confirming that Luna and Sam have their skiing trip back on, Luan’s gig is reinstated by Pop Pop, Lori will be taken back to Fairway University, and the rest of the family will head to Miami. Rita leads everyone in presenting Lincoln with the rebuilt toboggan, named Sledzilla. With Lisa’s successful experiment in hand, Lincoln, his sisters, his parents, and Clyde share a snowball fight, and then they ride Sledzilla down Tall Timbers Hill for a holiday ending that feels earned and warm.
