The premise of A Flower in the Mouth without spoilers.
This film explores themes of mortality and finding meaning in fleeting moments. The initial section presents a documentary-style view of the world’s largest flower market, showcasing the mass transit of bouquets through a vast, refrigerated space before auction. The narrative then shifts to a fictional story inspired by Pirandello, centered on a man with a distinctive tumor who encounters a traveler in a late-night café.
