David Bowers (born 13 February 1970) is a British animator, film director, screenwriter, and voice actor whose career has spanned the evolution of modern computer‑generated and stop‑motion animation. From an early fascination with drawing and storytelling, Bowers pursued formal training at the prestigious Royal College of Art, where he honed his skills in visual effects and character design. After graduating, he joined the renowned Aardman Animations studio, contributing to iconic projects such as Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run, where his talent for crafting expressive movement quickly earned him recognition within the industry.
