Join the Siena Wind Orchestra and celebrated pipe‑organ virtuoso Yuka Ishimaru as they launch the new year in the most spectacular, high‑energy concert film ever staged, *Soooooo much fun!! New Year’s Concert 2027*. Host Mami Yamashita and special guest composer Nobuo Uematsu bring star power and epic storytelling to a program that leaps from timeless classics to blockbuster soundtracks, all under one grand roof.
The journey sparks off with the heroic opening of “Thus Spoke Zarathustra,” followed by the thunderous “Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565” arranged for pipe organ & wind ensemble. The orchestra rockets into the cinematic realm of Space Battleship Yamato with its soaring overture, then lands on the electric “Star Wars” concert selection for an unforgettable super‑fun start. The day continues with the vibrant “Matsuken Samba II,” the dazzling Disney Medley Returns, and a breathtaking “World of Final Fantasy” suite, complete with fireworks soaring over the lyrics. Fans will also be swept away by “Fragments of Memories,” the flamenco‑infused “Vamo’ alla Flamenco,” the wistful “In Zanarkand,” and the epic “Roman Festivals” epiphany.
