American born James Arnold Taylor is widely known for his work as a voice actor, writer, producer, and podcaster. Born July 22, 1969, he is also referred to by his initials, JAT. Taylor is renowned for his numerous roles, most notable of which include Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank video game series, Tidus from Final Fantasy X, Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars animated features, and various characters in the animated series Drawn Together.

Taylor embarked on his voice acting career in 1995. Throughout the years, he has portrayed numerous iconic characters in both video games and animated series. From 2005 to 2011, after the death of Henry Corden, Taylor voiced the character Fred Flintstone in commercials and promotional materials. In 2013, he published the book JAT 365: 365 Inspirations for the Pursuit of Your Dreams, and in 2018, he started his podcast, Talking to Myself. Despite the challenges he has faced, including a severe black mold infection in 2005 that almost cost him his voice, Taylor has continued to thrive in his career and inspire others with his work.
