Erika Sainte (born 14 July 1981) is a Belgian actress renowned for her nuanced performances across film, television, and stage. After graduating from the Academy of Ixelles in 2000, she pursued dramatic art at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion in Louvain‑la‑Neuve, completing her studies in 2004, a foundation that would shape her versatile acting style. Her early screen work began with the television film Passage du bac (2002) and quickly expanded to notable feature films such as She is Not Crying, She is Singing (2011), where she portrayed Laura and earned the Magritte Award for Most Promising Actress in 2012, cementing her reputation in the Belgian cinematic landscape. Sainte’s filmography displays a remarkable range, from the comedic A Happy Event (2011) where she played a television presenter, to the dramatic Montparnasse Bienvenue (2017) as Lila’s mother, and the thriller Rogue City (2020) as Zoé Vronski.
