Read the complete plot summary and ending explained for Woodstock Villa (2008). From turning points to emotional moments, uncover what really happened and why it matters.

Zara Kampani, Neha Oberoi, meets Sameer, Sikandar Kher, in a pub and asks him to kidnap her so she can test her husband, Jatin Kampani, Arbaaz Khan’s love. Desperate for money and behind on rent, Sameer agrees, knowing he owes a huge sum to a relative, Gulshan Grover.

Zara then takes Sameer to Woodstock Villa, the location of the kidnapping, and Sameer orders Jatin to hand over $5 million to him. After returning, Sameer discovers Zara is dead. An anonymous caller then warns that he has only 30 minutes to bury the body and clear up all the evidence. He disposes of her body in a forest and returns.

To be on the safe side, he goes to Bangalore. Later, Sameer sees Zara’s video on television and heads back to uncover the truth. He tracks down Zara and convinces her to tell him what really happened. Zara reveals that she and Jatin truly loved each other. In a prior incident, Jatin’s real wife, Zara, died in a fight, and because their faces were similar, the impersonator had been playing the role of Zara.

The kidnapping plan was hatched by Jatin and his girlfriend as a way to cover up the murder and trap someone else. Sameer calls Jatin to Woodstock Villa with the money, hoping to settle his rent and loan. He then goes to the airport while Jatin is arrested by the police. Jatin tells the authorities that he was not the only one involved in the crime.

Sameer hands a bag to Zara, but the bag is empty—the real bag of money had already been taken. The fate of the deal hangs on Zara’s next move. If she had boarded the plane, Sameer might have trusted her, but she decides to cheat him and ends up getting betrayed herself. As Sameer’s flight takes off, Jatin’s partner is arrested, leaving the truth—and the motives—dangling in the air.
