Doug and Mallory begin an unconventional cohabitation in her apartment. Their arrangement is marked by Mallory’s flirtations and nudity, as Doug seeks to process his emotions in a comfortable yet complex environment.

Lois's Journey to New Orleans

Motivated by loneliness and the desire to confront her own struggles, Lois gathers the courage to drive to New Orleans. This marks her first significant step toward overcoming her emotional isolation since Emily's death.
