Lankeshwar treats the jail as a hidden trading post for weapons and narcotics, a covert empire that thrives under the cover of confinement. ACP Amar Agnihotri, [Satyendra Kapoor], grows suspicious of Lankeshwar’s schemes and pushes for a daring plan: let Arjun enter the jail to collect undeniable evidence, even if it means risking a dangerous confrontation with the system itself. The proposed scheme even includes a staged moment where Arjun fires a blank bullet on Amar, an act designed to justify his undercover entry.

Arjun agrees to the risky gambit and pleads guilty in court, which lands him behind bars. Inside the jail’s walls, he uncovers a chilling reality: arms, drugs, and explosives flow in and out through the facility, a network that exposes rot at the core of the system. He communicates his findings in secret to the Home Minister and the new Police Commissioner through constable Hariram, [Mohan Joshi], attempting to safeguard the investigation from within. Yet a grim truth surfaces: ACP Amar Agnihotri was killed inside an ambulance, and Arjun has been trapped by a larger web of deception.

The stakes rise as Hariram is killed in jail, and Arjun’s own world darkens still further when his sister is gang-raped and his father is slain by Lankeshwar’s ruthless goon Ajgar, [Mukesh Rishi]. The scope of the injustice tests every limit of Arjun’s resolve. Hearing of the injustice, Inspector Khan devises a bold rescue: he slips into the jail, frees Arjun from his chains, and together they wreak havoc on the jail’s operations. The plan succeeds in removing the immediate danger, but Khan is fatally shot by the police in the ensuing chaos. When Kaajal learns the truth and sees the toll this mission has taken, she is furious at the loss of her father, yet her loyalty endures; she forgives Arjun and chooses to stand by him.

The thirst for vengeance drives Arjun to transform into a formidable, almost unstoppable force. He becomes a one-man army, methodically eliminating many of Lankeshwar’s henchmen and destabilizing the criminal network that thrives with impunity. As Arjun’s crusade intensifies, the Police Commissioner and the Home Minister are forced to confront their own misdeeds, with one confession captured on a recorder before Arjun delivers a devastating blow to the corrupt leadership and to Ajgar in a separate, decisive strike.

Cornered and frightened, Lankeshwar admits guilt in court, only to see the realization that his power is ending inside the very prison he controlled. In a bold turn, Arjun also pleads guilty and becomes a prisoner within the same jail, a symbolic equal playing field against a system that once protected the corrupt. When Lankeshwar and his accomplices attempt to escape, crossing borders and exposing the country to renewed danger, Arjun does not hesitate to pursue them with renewed ferocity.

The climactic confrontation unfolds inside the jail where Arjun’s resolve is pitted against Lankeshwar’s remaining schemes. As the prisoners begin to stir and a makeshift noose forms, Arjun overpowers Lankeshwar, dragging him to the gallows.
