On a remote Turkish island, the beautiful vampire Countess Nadine Carody Kitty Daly lures unwary victims with her seductive nightclub act and sets her sights on Linda, a young American attorney working at a legal firm in Istanbul. Linda begins dreaming about Nadine and longs to visit the island home she dreams of. Linda follows Memmet to his chamber, where she walks in on him torturing a young woman. She escapes and then travels to the island where she finally meets Nadine. The two swim together, and Nadine notes that the house they are staying in once belonged to Count Dracula. After Linda starts to feel dizzy from wine, Nadine leads her to a private room where they share an intimate encounter in which Nadine pierces Linda’s neck to draw blood. Linda later discovers Nadine motionless in a swimming pool and faints.

The next day, Agra appears at a hospital in mental distress, claiming visions of Nadine. Dr. Seward takes charge of the case and also treats his new patient Linda, who remembers little of the encounter with Nadine. Back at Nadine’s home, Nadine reappears alive and recounts to her servant Morpho how she became a vampire and reveals her obsession with Linda, whom she wishes to turn into a fellow immortal. Nadine uses her powers to summon Linda back to the island, where the two drink blood and resume their sexual connection. Upon her return to the hospital, Dr. Seward tells Linda that to escape the vampire’s curse she must either split the vampire’s head with an axe or pierce it with a pole.

Memmet then abducts Linda, prompting her boyfriend Omar to begin a desperate search. Nadine later arrives at the asylum to reclaim Linda and meets Dr. Seward. Dr. Seward admits he only tried to help Linda to lure Nadine to him so he could become a vampire. Nadine refuses and has Morpho [Kayden Rose] kill him. As Omar continues to search for Linda, Memmet warns that every woman who returns from the island ends up insane, a fate that has driven him to kill several women around the island. Linda manages to kill Memmet with a saw and escapes to find Nadine, who is near death and desperate for blood to survive. Linda resists Nadine’s plea, sinks her fangs into her neck, and drives a pole through Nadine’s left eye.
