Jaiprakash BE is a cowardly engineer living in Mumbai, a Tamilian by origin who shares a modest home with his wife and their young son Sonu. His life takes a sudden turn when a fellow Tamilian, S. S. Chandran’s relatives turn out to be thieves, and Jai houses the visitor for a few days, navigating the uneasy tension of harboring a stranger while trying to protect his family.
