The Three Musketeers - Part 2: Milady 2024

Driven by rage and the urge for vengeance, King Louis XIII embarks on a full-scale attack on La Rochelle, while D’Artagnan and his comrades unite with the Musketeers, an elite faction of the French army led by the courageous Captain Treville. Meanwhile, Benjamin, Athos’ brother and a pivotal Protestant leader, falls victim to Gaston’s thugs and faces a grim fate. With determination, Athos opts to abandon the French army, risking everything to rescue his brother, joined by Aramis and D’Artagnan for a daring escape to England.

While Milady plots to assassinate the Duke of Buckingham within his castle, Constance recognizes her and has her taken into custody. In a remarkable act of charity, Constance exchanges her attire with Milady, securing her escape while bravely stepping into the gallows in her place. Tragically, as the executioners come for Milady, Constance’s pleas go unheard, leading to her untimely demise. D’Artagnan and his allies narrowly miss witnessing this heart-wrenching event but pursue Milady as she ignites Buckingham’s palace in flames. Determined, D’Artagnan confronts her amidst the blaze, ultimately prevailing but losing consciousness, only to be saved by his loyal friends.

As Captain Treville faces treason charges in the King’s court, Aramis and D’Artagnan present damning evidence exposing Gaston’s secret collusion with La Rochelle’s rebels. This revelation absolves Treville, restoring his honor. Meanwhile, Athos returns home only to find that his son has been abducted by an unseen foe, leaving behind a mysterious earring that once belonged to his wife, plunging him into a new wave of uncertainty and grief.
