In the mysterious depths of Devil’s Bayou, Louisiana, a desperate plea for help escapes the grasp of a lonely six-year-old orphan named Penny. She sends her heartfelt message, enclosed in a bottle, drifting down the river. Fortunately, this bottle does not go unnoticed; it washes ashore in New York City, where it catches the attention of the Rescue Aid Society, a noble organization made up of courageous mice operating under the auspices of the United Nations. From there, the adventure begins as the Hungarian delegate, Miss Bianca, volunteers to take on this important case. Accompanied by the somewhat bumbling yet well-meaning janitor Bernard, these two mice become an unstoppable duo determined to rescue Penny.

Their first stop is Morningside Orphanage, the very place Penny called home. Here, they encounter Rufus, an old, wise cat who offers invaluable information about a cunning woman known as Madame Medusa. This villain once attempted to lure Penny away, prompting the brave mice to investigate Medusa’s pawn shop, which serves as a front for her nefarious activities.

Upon arrival at the pawn shop, our intrepid agents uncover the shocking reality behind Medusa and her devious accomplice, Mr. Snoops.
