Shipwrecked survivor reaches Blood Island

William Fitzgerald, the lone survivor of a shipwreck, washes ashore on Blood Island and must navigate its dangers. Fitzgerald and Frances fall in love

As time passes, Fitzgerald and Frances grow close and fall in love, bonded by their shared isolation. Frances confesses her wish to leave the island with him, seeking a life beyond the laboratory's shadow. Their bond becomes a catalyst for later decisions.

Frances asks to leave with Fitzgerald

Frances asks Fitzgerald to take her away, hoping to escape the peril of the island and the creature. Fitzgerald contemplates a future outside the island's confines, now entangled with Frances's fate. This request heightens the tension as the expedition against the beast continues.

Beast frees itself; Walter recaptures it

William shoots the beast

Beast flees toward the beach with Tiago's help

Wounded, the beast makes for the beach, driven by pain and desperation. Selene's younger brother Tiago appears and helps guide the beast toward a small rowboat. The creature drifts toward the sea, still alive but in retreat.
