A politician friend steps in, and Om agrees to help by issuing a license illicitly—without Vijay taking a driving test—in exchange for a direct meeting with Vijay at the RTO. Complicating things, Vijay’s professional rival Suraj Diwan schemes to curb his rise through occult means, attempting to suppress competition in the industry. Vijay, hoping for a quieter resolution, agrees to an unadvertised RTO visit, but he is confronted by a media frenzy as TV crews swarm the premises. Vimla Tiwari, a local corporator, feeds reporters a rumor that Vijay has been driving without a licence. The false story roils the public, and Vijay’s temper flares as he scolds Om in front of his own son and other witnesses, a moment that leaves Om furious and eager to retaliate.

In response, Om publicly brands Vijay as arrogant and as someone who wants a license without following proper procedures. The tension escalates when Suraj’s fan army launches a hit-and-run attack on Om, and a masked group targets Om’s home, injuring his son. Fearing the worst, Om grows convinced that Vijay’s men are behind the harassment.

With the production pulling back, Vijay reluctantly cancels his planned trip to the United States, at the producer’s insistence. While racing his son to the hospital, Vijay phones Om and issues a threat, a call that deepens Om’s belief that he is entangled in a dangerous game. Police inquiries reveal that Vijay’s involvement is inconclusive, and Om and his wife Minty accuse him of wrongdoing. The episode triggers a public protest in front of Vijay’s residence, where media and fans converge. In a pointed televised address, Vijay reframes the issue, labeling Om as a stalker who intrudes into his life for entertainment and personal gain. Meanwhile, Suraj’s collusion comes to light when a fellow actress quietly records his confession, threatening to expose his manipulation. Om’s far-reaching influence even affects his own family life; his son is bullied by Vijay’s fans, prompting Om to shield him by delaying school attendance and moving to use every tactic to force Vijay into a stumble.

As Naina’s surgery approaches, a flight is arranged to get her there as soon as the test is finished. On the practical assessment day, Vijay breezes through the so-called “H test,” but Om flags petty mistakes. The decision is eventually overridden by a superior and Vijay is approved, yet Om postpones the “road test” to noon—two days later—coinciding with Naina’s surgery. In a bold stand, Vijay proclaims that he will retire from both acting and driving if the situation worsens, and the crowd’s fury nearly turns to violence against Om. In a dramatic moment, Vijay intervenes to save Om, and the two sides begin to see past their misunderstandings.

In the aftermath, Om reveals that Vijay’s license was in a gift box that had been thrown into the RTO office earlier. Vijay brings Om and his family to his home to address the missteps, openly chiding Suraj and Vimla for their role in fanning the fire. A couple of days later, before leaving for the airport, Vijay speaks to the press about the reconciliation and confirms that he has finally received his driving license. With the air cleared, Vijay heads to the airport in his car, marking a hard-won resolution and a renewed sense of balance between fame, power, and responsibility. The tale is a nuanced look at how celebrity, fandom, bureaucracy, and personal stakes collide, testing loyalties and redefining what it means to stand up for what is right.
