In a dystopian future London set in 2015, a city-wide breakdown has left neighborhoods ruled by gangs and the economy in tatters. Junior and his older brother Rager lead a local crew known as The Paper Chaserz, a group that tries to navigate this harsh world with a stubborn code: they refuse to kill.

They strive to stay out of trouble, a moral code that Rager enforces with protective resolve as danger lurks in every alley.

One night, [Rager] and his crew plan to steal goods from a nearby van. The robbery succeeds, but a ruthless rival gang, The Soldiers, moves in to claim dominance over the London postcodes. The Paper Chaserz manage to escape, but [Junior] is left stranded and cornered. In a sudden turn, [Rager] returns to defend his brother, beating back the attackers and shouting for Junior to run.

As Junior flees, the crew leader, Tugz, launches a brutal counterattack, stabbing Rager in the back multiple times. The vicious assault shakes the group, and Junior gathers the remaining Paper Chaserz to seek revenge against Tugz.
