The story follows Seema Raja, a regal figure from Singampatti in Tirunelveli who hails from a proud Zamindar lineage. His ancient bloodline traces back to the legendary warrior Kadambavel Raja, a shadowy figure praised in old tales for defending the land against invaders. Seema Raja spends his days in the company of his loyal, down-to-earth accountant friend Kannaku, and his life feels rooted in the rhythms of his homeland even as a modern world begins to press in.

One day, a principal from a nearby school invites Seema Raja’s father, Ariya Raja, to an awards ceremony, and Seema decides to attend in his father’s stead. At the event, he encounters a sports teacher named Suthanthira Selvi, who is also a skilled Silambattam practitioner. The moment he lays eyes on her, he is drawn in, swept up by a feeling that seems larger than him and promises of a future he hadn’t anticipated. Selvi’s presence adds a new current to Seema’s otherwise familiar world, and a romance begins to bloom amid the glow of the village lights and the distant hum of wind energy projects.

Yet Seema’s path soon crosses trouble. He clashes with Kaaleeshwari and Kathaadi Kannan, a powerful duo whose interests lie in land and wind farms rather than the welfare of farmers. Kannan, a former butcher turned developer, has grabbed vast tracts of land to ride the wind-energy boom, a move that disregards the livelihoods of ordinary farmers. The tension escalates when Kannan kidnaps Selvi and confines her, casting a dark shadow over the duo’s ambitions and forcing Seema into a dangerous confrontation to protect what matters most.

A flashback sheds crucial light on Selvi’s position. We learn that Selvi is actually Kannan’s daughter from his first marriage; his attempt to separate and control his life drags in a painful history, including the heartbreak of his ex-wife’s death. But Seema soon deciphers that Selvi’s coded utterances are messages of love and intent, and he reaches out to Selvi’s foster father to confirm her feelings and the truth of her loyalties.

With a bold plan in mind, Seema Raja negotiates a strategy that would permit wind farms to be built while still preserving room for farming. The project would involve cooperation with the Raj of Udaipur, aiming to bring clean energy to the region without crushing the villagers’ livelihoods. The villagers grow skeptical at first, unsure whether change can truly coexist with their daily needs, but over time a cautious optimism takes root as the long-held dream of prosperity through both land and wind starts to look possible.

Seema sets out to rescue Selvi, racing against time as Kannan and Kaaleeshwari pursue them. The chase culminates in a tense battle at the edge of a wind turbine, where Selvi’s life hangs in the balance. The heroes fight with grit and determination, and Seema’s courage proves decisive. Kaaleeshwari is crushed by the very turbine she had hoped to weaponize, and Kannan is finally defeated, his plans unraveling before the people he had hoped to dominate.
